NANMO Story

NANMO（Nantong Wanda Friction Materials Co., Ltd.）formerly known as Hai'an Asbestos Products Factory, was founded in 1984.

In 2000, the Nanmo trademark was successfully registered in China, and the company was renamed as "Nantong Wanda Friction Materials Co., Ltd.

In 2002, in order to promote asbestos free reform, we participated in the establishment of a yarn factory across from the Nanmo factory.

In 2006, the aramid series WGY products were successfully developed, opening up the OEM market for Chinese commercial vehicles brand FAW and Dong Feng.

In 2008, the comfort WDK series products were successfully developed, opening up the OEM matching market for medium and light trucks.

In 2019, Nanmo cooperated to establish a clutch button factory, we became the preferred product for localization.

In 2020, Nanmo cooperated to establish a commercial vehicle brake pad factory and explore the commercial vehicle brake market.

In 2024, Nanmo developed NM series products for industrial friction and explore industrial application fields such as port machinery, elevators, and machinery.

 

At present, the trademark of NANMO has been registered in the United States, Türkiye, Brazil, Mexico and other countries, and the products have been sold in these countries also.

 

Nanmo has passed the IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 certification, and the brake pad products have passed the domestic 3C certification and EU E-Mark certification.

 

NANMO focuses on the path of green development and has already used part green and clean energy for production.
